Another Great Experience
I've been taking my Audi A4 to Pacific German for a few years now and every experience is great. They
are a truly experts and I could not imagine taking my car elsewhere. Shawn and his team really helped me out when my car broke down in Santiago Canyon. They allowed me to tow directly to the shop, and within a couple days my car was as good as new. Whether I need routine maintenance or major repairs, I can count on PG.

These people are amazing! Daron and his Sister are great at what they do. I have a Lexus that started
giving me problems. I took it to another shop who said there were so many diagnostic codes that they said they couldn't work on it and I had to take it to the dealer. The dealer found 28 diagnostic codes and quoted me the work. I called Herb's Garage and Daron quoted me significantly lower prices so I took it there. It took a few weeks to fix the issue because there were so many codes. Even after they fixed the noticeable issue (rough idle), the check engine would still come on. They finally fixed that issue. The car was a problem with only 60k miles. Daron and his team definitely worked hard on it and solved the difficult problem. They were gracious enough to help out with a rental for a little bit of time too. They charged very reasonable prices, especially for the amount of work performed. Car now runs great. It's safe to say that I finally found a mechanic who I consider my mechanic.

These guys are quick to repair, as soon as I got there, they took the car in and repair was done at a
very reasonable price in a short time, for me, time is the mist important thing and they made sure to cater to my needs!

My experience with Coast General was a little better than originally thought. Why I chose not to give
a perfect 5-star rating has to do with the cost of the service and repair mostly. Also, my copy of the invoice had a few inaccuracies such as the model (Toyota Corolla SE instead of LE), license plate number (8MRF628 instead of 8MRF625) and odometer reading (53525 instead of 53086). Other than that, this was still a good brake service effort and I thank Roy, Dave and everyone else at Coast General for all of their help. My front brakes are working again and I’m looking forward to continuing my own business working for DoorDash. Thanks again, Coast General!
