If there would be an option for 100 stars it wouldn't be enough to recognize their outstanding service, caring and competence.
We were with our whole family in our RV on the 280, far from home, when smoke billowed out from the undercarriage late Thursday night. We waited until Friday morning and contacted a mechanic which had high online ratings who although was unable to handle a 35 foot Motorhome highly recommended we get towed to Fisher Transmission, saying as we found out for ourselves, they are truly top of the line. The heavy duty tow truck driver said the same when towing us - and oh were they correct!
Upon arriving, Steve came out with cold water bottles - unasked - understanding we were stuck at the side of the road for many hours, and although he was booked solid, took from his own lunch break time to see if he can help us get back on the road. His demeanor, both humble and professional, with such calmness - was so remarkable and reassuring during the stressful experience.
When he realized that our transmission would not be able to be repaired in time for our weekend trip to continue as planned, he generously offered us to leave our Motorhome in the lot over the weekend and rent a vehicle locally so we could join our friends for our weekend trip.
Although the experience was definitely traumatic, meeting such exceptional people like Steve, made for the most wonderful memories.

I purchased a new SEL Venue in April 2023. My salesman Tommy Tong was terrific. He gave good advice,
showed and explained every detail about the car, was a walking encyclopedia of knowledge related to any and all cars - car history, car engines, car buying, car selling, car track records, etc. He had a wealth of knowledge he was always sharing. He was friendly, relaxed and helpful. He had a great sense of humor which made my task of choosing to buy a vehicle at Hyundai pleasant and enjoyable. He was also thorough and didn't miss a beat. He moved things along by being very detail orientated and where I missed a step with paperwork such as needing proof for something he could promptly fill in for me. He was always one step ahead in the process of car buying and so made it easy- peasy. He was there every step of the way which I appreciated since buying such a big expensive item can be daunting. There is a great staff over there in addition to Tommy. Their financial wizard, Charlie, went over the expense and numbers with me very thoroughly and chose a course of action to save me money. He also gave good advice to save money in the future. Even salesmen that I was not dealing with were friendly and courteous. There is an outstanding team there which makes this a comfortable place to buy a car. It was not intimidating in the least. This was a pleasant experience in a pleasant atmosphere and so I highly recommend Bayside Hyundai, not to mention, that these cars are truly good, solid vehicles in every way. The salesmen know their cars and believe in them. This gives a buyer confidence in their purchase.

cle and made the purchasing process very enjoyable and easy. He kept me in the loop on the status of my vehicle and called me once the GV70 was in the dealership. I was able to pick the car up that same day! Charlie made the finance process very straightforward compared to all the other car purchase experiences I have in the past. I appreciated the ability to get an appt within the same week. Drop off was easy. I didn’t get any
hard sells but rather a fair and reasonable price. This was my second visit there and both visits have been great. Work completed in a timely manner. Nothing fancy, just honest repair work.

Very good diagnosis and timely service.
I would plead ignorance regarding the charges as I didn't
have so much support and freedom to shop around, however, our excellent mechanic friend was flexible and accommodating.
I am satisfied at this point but I don't believe I can carry on with this particular vehicle to far into the future.
