Three visits for the same problem to the same "Toyota Plaza/Auto Body Shop" within 5 and a half months.
*First visit April 14, 2023 / I paid $2,420.86 for "repairs"
*Second visit August 31, 2023 / I paid $1,620.27 for “repairs.”
*Third visit October 4, 2023. The cost of spare parts only, according to their calculations, was $2333.40.
I refused the third repair and the purchase of spare parts, because I was convinced that they were creating all the problems on purpose in order to rob the money, and the problems will remain unrepaired forever.
Based on my experience, I recommend that all drivers avoid visiting "Toyota Plaza/Auto Body Shop" for car troubleshooting and only visit "A1 Auto Body Shop Brooklyn".
