ne routine services, body work, painting (to make the cars beautiful). People are amazed how well the cars run and look. My 20 year old car, I gave to my grandson, it continues to be a reliable car getting him to college and work.
Their courtesy, honesty, explanations of the services needed is so important to me.

We had a GREAT Service experience. Daniel was Awesome!! We had an appointment on Monday morning @9am.
& had our car by 5:30 same day..I Will be honest and say I do not like taking my cars to dealership because of High cost, but needed to in this case. Our Service advisor..Daniel Chavez called my wife and I at least 3 times with updates/options.He was extremely patient & helpful.If need to, I will come back??

Brought my 2008 G500 in for a no-start issue and had a great experience. They quickly diagnosed it as
a failing starter, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary diagnostics or scare-tactic repairs.
The work was done promptly, communication was solid throughout, and the final price was very fair for a G-Wagon starter job. Truck starts instantly now with no hesitation.
Honest, efficient, and clearly experienced with higher-end vehicles. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them without hesitation.

lly know what they're doing I came in one time with my Jeep Grand Cherokee it was making a noise and the guy literally knew what it was right away it was the muffler he recommended me a muffler shop and problem was solved the vehicle has been inspected by two different mechanics one saying it was the engine and it needed a rebuilt and one of them saying it was the whole exhaust system but they were wrong. I brought my 2010 Mercedes GL 450 to European Auto Specialist with some scary transmission codes and
a loud clacking noise. I was worried I was looking at a massive bill for a new transmission. The team here was incredible—they diagnosed the issue correctly as a bad Transfer Case, not the transmission itself.
What I appreciate most is their honesty. They checked my conductor plate (a common, expensive failure) and told me it was actually fine, rather than trying to upsell me on parts I didn't need. They replaced the transfer case, serviced the transmission, and even asked me to come back a week later to double-check the fluid levels and run a final diagnostic just to be safe. It is hard to find a mechanic who is this thorough and trustworthy. Highly recommend them for any Mercedes owner!
