I went to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was helped by Chris Cintron, he was very pleasant a
nd thorough. I opted to wait in the customer waiting area which was well stocked with snacks and cold or hot beverages. They even had a charging area or a place to sit and use your laptop. Also, there was a television. Very clean and well lit. My car was done when they said it would be and I was well pleased. Chris provided a video of my engine area with details on its status. Very professional, I would recommend Rosen Hyundai to any and everyone for service or a new car! I was even offered a rain check for a car wash because it was indeed, raining. Thank you Chris and Hyundai for a job well done. I'll be back.😊

Upon recommendation from a neighbor I called and spoke to Mike who was totally user friendly! He sche
duled me in for a tune up based on my work schedule. I arrived as scheduled and within seconds of my arrival I was on my way home walking as I had planned to do. Mike called when my car was done 3 hours later. I arrived and was given a checklist of what was checked on the technicians inspection with written comments included. I thought the tune up was reasonable compared to what Volkswagen dealer wanted to charge me. And the location. phenomenal. I highly recommend Sticklers!!!!!!!!!
