At the end of July my son was being released from the hospital after 11 weeks, having been critically
ill. My husband and I had driven to New York from Indiana in May to be with him. The day before he was being released my husband went to get the car which had been parked almost the entire time we were there. Unfortunately although my husband was able to drive the car it was making strange noises which he thought were related to the breaks or a bearing. He parked it in front of my son's apartment and knew it shouldn't go further. I contacted AAA to have the car towed. AAA arrived within half hour. AAA recommended Urban Classics Auto Repair. Since we weren't familiar with this business all we could do was check online ratings/reviews and trust that AAA had our best interest in mind. AAA really came through for us. Although we had to delay my son's release 2 more days Urban Classics helped us meet that date. We told them that we had to drive my son back to Indiana but the car was not safely drivable. They quickly assessed the car's issues, communicated with us in the process and got to work. Although the repairs needed were fairly extensive Urban Classics got the job done in time. The drive home was uneventful and as good as it could possibly be. We are very grateful that AAA and Urban Classics were there for us at this critical time. Thank you!

They performed front end work, engine tune-ups, radiator replacement, ECM replacement, shocks, struts, rear leaf springs and bushing replacements etc for my vehicles (Saturn Ion, Dodge Ram, Nissan Xterra 2nd gen.) I've seen them performing big major jobs on other make vehicles and never seen or met a disgruntle customer at or leaving their shop. I always feel and felt confident in their work and upfront pricing agreement. Never felt like I got taken for a ride. They explain all work that is needed. Never scam and do extra. I truly consider them the best.

I made an appointment with Dave for Saturday January 6th. I arrived at 8:30am and I was welcomed into
the shop. Dave had the tires required for the car ready to go. I asked that he inspect the brakes because they were making noise. The car has 47000 miles and needed rear brakes. The parts were ordered, delivered and installed quickly. I also asked for a synthetic oil change. They promptly took care of that as well. I was out of the shop and on my way by 11:30. Simply great service by Dave and his team.
