Had to take my car in unexpectedly; they took it in immediately, outlined exactly the order in which
they would eliminate possibilities for what was going wrong, and said they would keep me updated throughout the day as they worked out whether they would need to keep the car overnight. They didn't need to in the end; got in touch at lunchtime to let me know what they had to do and when I could pick it up. Good humored, prompt service, clear communication. We've come here since we moved to the area in 2011 - great shop, love these guys.

I was impressed by the way this business operates. I went there to have them look at the brakes. They
took me out to the garage and showed me what they found and fully explained the options. When I was in the lobby waiting, I heard the manager explain in detail and respectful terms to several customers about the situation with their vehicles. Reasonable rates, quick service… I even feel comfortable sending my wife there alone. Found my new Mechanic!
