When I say this place was “Heaven Sent” I mean exactly that!! My car started misfiring and I had no
clue of where to have it serviced being that my mechanic is way in Stockton. I was trying to remember the shop I used in prior years to get service and couldn’t remember the name…I said and I quote “Lord I can’t remember the name of that shop” next thing I knew I heard very clearly Precision Auto. It definitely wasn’t the shop I had in mind, in fact it was even better!!! They didn’t disappoint!! Although it was near the end of the day and they were packed on a Friday they decided to squeeze my car in and let me tell you the work I needed should’ve taken at least a day or two but they were done by 5:00 pm. They even paid for a Lyft ride so I wouldn’t have to wait there while they repaired my car. They’re very accommodating and all the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service team here is hands down second to none and I wouldn’t trade them for the world.

I’ve been getting my oil changed at this location for years and have always been satisfied with the s
ervice. Although I don’t always trust it when they change the oil then have me start the engine BEFORE a showing me the dip. But it’s all good.
