I had been dealing with an issue regarding a 2013 Ford Mustang for a couple months. They remained com
municative throughout the entire situation and assured me they do what they can. Tina at the front office was kind every time I called for information. Sam dealt with my car mainly and kept me in the loop with what he and the other mechanics were doing.
Although ultimately, underlying computer and electronic issues remained with my car, these were issues beyond the control of the mechanics or myself, and are due to the original dealership misinformation.
Otherwise, you would not make a mistake seeking help from these guys. All around, a great experience!
