First of all, I'd like to say that I wouldn't take my 2006 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon anywhere else but to
you guys. I was a commercial delivery driver for a very long time at both O'Reilly Auto parts and AutoZone, where I was delivering parts from the store to mechanic shops all over Largo and some in nearby Clearwater. When I worked at both places, O'Reilly and AutoZone both said that your shop was where I needed to take my Jeep for everything because of your fantastic reputation here in town. Both said that you were a little more expensive than most places but darn well worth it and I agree. I've had a number of things done on and off in the past couple years at your shop and first off, TJ is fantastic to me and every customer that I've seen in there when I've been in your lobby. He's always courteous, I know he cares about what your customers are there for and he works his ass off for me, every single time. I've worked in customer service my whole prior career after college and have taken my Jeep to numerous different shops both here in town and when I lived in indianapolis, IN before moving here in August of 2020 and you guys always fix it right the first time, which as you know is very, very uncommon for most shops. Most every shop I've been to in the past, I'll come in for something that needed done on the Jeep and almost every time, I end up having to bring it back because either it's not completely fixed and appears days later or even sooner but they're always seems to be another issue within a week or so of getting it back from these other shops, I'm sure you know what I mean and I've heard that many times before.
Anyways, thanks to both TJ for treating me better than any other shop I've ever been to (I'm 61yo) whereas, usually I just feel like there's no real, personal attention or sincere concern when I bring it to them, other than to collect my money for what turns out to be shoddy work and what turns out to be not done right, literally most of the time. TJ always treats me great and explains everything in detail, which is refreshing for how busy I know he gets in that front office!
Also, my thanks goes out to Bobby and all the mechanics there, who have always done a great job on my Jeep! The only shop I ever recommend to anybody, anybody at all is Ultimate Auto!
