Not being knowledgeable about engines, etc. I am very pleased with the attention to detail, quoted pr
ice and delivery and what it seems to me a very clean job but, most important, as we tow a trailer and camp quite often, it seems to work correctly. I would not want to find us in trouble in the middle of no-where with a trailer. I ran tested 118 miles in the last 5 days with climbs to include 1.73 mile climb and an elevation gain of 941 feet (Metcalf climb).

Yesterday, I went to start my daughter's Honda CRV before she got back in town from college, and it n
eeded a jump. After I started it, the steering did not work. I called Chet's and over the phone, the owner basically told me that if I went to a supply house and got a new battery, that would almost for sure fix the steering. Well, since the owner seemed fair and honest over the phone, I scheduled a service since the car needed an oil change anyways. I get there this morning, ask the owner to do a full diagnostic which I know is always a possible expensive repair. But he said no problem. He looked at everything, topped off the fluids, changed the oil, put in a new battery, and had it all done in close to a half hour. So honest. Very nice people.
