I had my car towed to high tech automotive and after assessing the problem the cost of repair was $1
200 ! They saw that the part they previously installed had a manufacturers defect! This is what caused the problem! Hi tech did not charge me and went after the manufacturer of the part and fixed my car! No charge!! Truly honest and respectful business I would recommend to anyone !! Thank you high-tech !

I highly recommend Michelle’s Ultimate Car Care. I brought my 2008 Mazda CX-9 in because I was having
some issues and wanted an honest opinion before spending money on repairs.
They took the time to inspect the car and were completely honest with me about its condition. They explained that the vehicle has extensive rust underneath and that, because of the condition, it would not be safe or worthwhile to continue investing in it. I really appreciated their honesty, especially because they could have easily recommended repairs and charged me for the service.
Even more impressive, they didn’t charge me anything for taking the time to look at the car and give me their professional opinion.
It’s not often you find a business that puts honesty and the customer’s best interest first. Thank you so much for being straightforward and looking out for me! I truly appreciate it. 🙏🏽

We ran over a shovel on I-75 on the way home. After getting inside the garage, we noticed fluid on th
e floor. We called Carriage Works, and Tommy told us to bring it in, and they would check it out. We took it in the next day. After checking it out, they said they didn't find any issues or problems. I asked what the charge was, and he said we didn't find any damage or issues, so you don't have a charge. I'm impressed at their honesty and trustworthiness...how unusual today. The dreaded "Service Engine Soon" light came on my BMW on New Year's Eve and I instinctively brought
my car to J Gramley's because of a positive experience during my prior visit. They were closed early for the holiday, but there was still a gentleman there that I was able to talk to and he diagnosed the issue.
I am very appreciative of their great customer service and passion for cars. I will definitely come back for any future maintenance/service needs.
