When I walked in, I was greeted and checked in by a very helpful and informed person. I met with the people who would be fixing and supervising the repairs of the entire left side of my car. They explained, step by step, what would need to happen. I was given a estimated date of completion and was kept informed throughout the whole process. The best happened when I went to pick up the car. The repairs were better than I thought possible. The left side of my car was not repaired, but looked brand new. I was worried that the paint on may not match, since my car is 4 years old, but it looks great and seamless! The staff ensured that I was satisfied with the service provided. This was the most painless auto repair I have ever had. I will definitely be returning for all of my car maintenance and repair needs. A+

We were referred to Sig’s Waipahu location via our insurance as our truck was in an accident. We wer
e blown away by their customer service and their technology. Their receptionist Margarita is a breath of fresh air every single time I called. Her patience, empathy, and attention to detail was on point. The companies technology for us to get an estimate was a breeze and made the process quick and easy. No more taking your car in and waiting for them to see the damages and waiting there to get the estimate and half your day is gone. We set up our appointment online which was so simple. When we arrived Margarita greeted us and explained their work flow and where we are in the process and when we should get our vehicle back. As promised we received our truck back on the day they promised, but in between that time they called to give us an update. The girl who helped us with the vehicle inspection at the end was very knowledge, sweet, and helpful as well. Thank you Sig’s for doing a GREAT job on the repairs to our truck and please give your Waipahu TEAM a pat on the back. We were impressed with every aspect of our process with you. We will definitely will be back should we need any auto body services in the future.
