Lisa said they did what they were supposed to do. They got the vehicle in quick and were responsive to her needs.

Mike said he always has good service with them.

Tracy said they were able to get his vehicle done quick and they did a good job.

Austin said he has been going there for a while, really enjoys their work. Last time there was a small issue and he had to take it back.

Tim said the business and Chuck do a good job.

Mark said they are great and had his vehicle taken care of in a couple days.

Slowest service I have ever seen. They say it will take a week and yet they have had my car for 2 months. Continues to lie every week saying a new thing. Has made several mistakes and ordered the wrong parts delaying service further. I cannot trust a single thing they say. They say they will call you, they won't. They say it will be ready next day, it wont. They say they care about customer satisfaction, they don't. This is without a doubt the worst auto shop I have ever been to. All of these review must be lies or paid because you will lose your car for months and never hear from them. I would leave 0 stars if I could. I still don't have a car.

Chuck is quick to accommodate for my hectic schedule.. Appreciate Shane, Jason, Tommy and whole staff!

I was recommended to Lenexa Automotive by a friend, and now I know why. They are friendly, fast and very reasonably priced. I drive old cars, and they aren’t pushy at all to fix things. And they took extra time to find a rear window wiper blade for my old Toyota. I’m now their customer for life!

They are always friendly and nice, take the time to explain what is going on instead of making you feel dumb.
