"First time customer "
We are a small local company and picked Compton's based on their existing reviews. We got excellent service starting with my initial phone call to picking up the vehicle when repairs had been completed. We will use Compton's for our fleet of 30+ vehicles going forward. Thank you!

"Engine light came on 2 days later"
Todd had my car in on Wednesday but on Friday the engine light turn on. Wonder what was missed. Mentioned leaks but not needed then. Instead they flushed different areas. Was that actually needed but the leaks should of been addressed. I need an appointment to have this looked at.

Mrs. Carey arrived on Monday and explained that her check engine light was on now and that she wondered about leaks. After diagnosing the vehicle it was found to be a evap code in the system which did not relate to the work that was performed on the previous visit. We recommended that the purge valve be replaced due to it was what caused the check engine light to illuminate. These devices decide to fail when they choose too and unfortunately there is no way to predetermine failure. We replaced the valve as requested by Mrs. Carey and also explained that the leaks that she has are more of a weep and can be addressed over the next year and were of no imminate concern at this time, where as her fluids that needed to be changed now were needed to prevent premature failure of these components in the future. We pride ourselves on being honest and highly value all our customers and would never intentionally try to get over on them. We are so happy to have served Mrs. Carey and hope to see her back in the future when she is need of any service. Thank you again for choosing Comptons Automotive.

I took my vehicle to Compton's for the first time thinking I needed a new alternator. It turned out that I didn't. They completely checked out my vehicle and recommended work that needed to be done. I went ahead and was very pleased with the service and expertise. I will definitely return.

"They were very good listeners and creatively fixed my problem "
Compton Automotive fixed my door panel issue on my 15 year old Ford F 150. They listened to me when I described the issue and then repaired the that issue. I was in and out in about an hour and my truck is fixed. Great work Todd Compton!!
