2017 X3 was experiencing battery drainage while stopped and a multitude of electrical malfunctions. I
t took a couple of visits to Ed’s to determine cause, but that’s because they tried to fix it via easiest (least expensive) option. After other potential fixes failed to solve the problem, it was determined that my faulty alternator (rather expensive part) had to be replaced. Voila, problem solved. Runs like a charm. Thanks Ed’s!

My wife had a flat tire today, so I had to go and help her as she was stranded with one of the kids.
Our jack was missing a piece, so I stopped by Zion and David offered to help me out. He left his shop, brought a jack, and helped me put on the spare. After that he called and found me a great deal on two new tires that were long overdue. He even showed me that the car really needed a brake job, so I made an appointment to come in next week. They go above and beyond to help out their customers.

Called over the weekend (Sunday), left a message and received a phone call first thing Monday morning
. Fortunately, I was able to come in the same day to take care of my 2015 full size rover. Jeff and Andrew were super knowledgable and friendly. They took care of my immediate service need and pointed out other issues/concerns that I already knew were there. They took the time to explain and show me why It was something that needed attention at some point, but wasn’t extremely urgent. The feeling you get like is like they have known you for a long time. It is a family owned business that cares about you as such, and their reputation. Definitely not the usual dealership experience where it sometimes feels all transactional. I will definitely be going back for any future needs.

We needed preventative maintenance done on our son’s car. We had previous experience with Hye-Tech an
d reached out to them. We called on Friday and they got us in on Monday. I received a call and text Monday afternoon with a detailed list of items that needed work. I was able to respond via text and provide approval. I like that they provide both phone and text options as I’m not always available to get on a call. The work was promptly done on Tuesday. Overall great service and quick turnaround. Would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto shop. These guys are the BEST!
