My F150 broke down on the way to Frisco, CO. All the signs pointed to a transmission failure. After
10 days at the Ford dealer in Silverthorne they still had not looked at the truck. Towed it to a dealer in Denver. They determined the transmission was a problem, but the motor was a mess leaking from everywhere possible. Suggested I buy a new truck. Repairs could run as high as 16,000 for tranny and motor repair. I had the truck towed to Dave's. Truck was repaired with the replacement of the transmission. Motor showed no leaks and needed zero repairs. Thanks Jeff!! Your honesty and excellent work has gained you a long time customer. The Ford dealership would have sold me a new truck and sold my 2015 F150 for a nice profit.
My 2012 Outback has 115k miles and I knew it needed a new serpentine belt. I asked Mike that it be re
placed and that they check the timing belt. Timing b was original and it had play. They replaced both and also fixed a coolant leak. I am now confident the car is good for many more miles and safe for long ttips.
Derek and Cliff did a great job working with the dealership to get the parts needed to fix my car sam
e day so I could make it to my new job and not miss any time. Thanks for always doing everything you can to try an accommodate the needs of your customers.
