My F150 broke down on the way to Frisco, CO. All the signs pointed to a transmission failure. After
10 days at the Ford dealer in Silverthorne they still had not looked at the truck. Towed it to a dealer in Denver. They determined the transmission was a problem, but the motor was a mess leaking from everywhere possible. Suggested I buy a new truck. Repairs could run as high as 16,000 for tranny and motor repair. I had the truck towed to Dave's. Truck was repaired with the replacement of the transmission. Motor showed no leaks and needed zero repairs. Thanks Jeff!! Your honesty and excellent work has gained you a long time customer. The Ford dealership would have sold me a new truck and sold my 2015 F150 for a nice profit.
Happy that my truck is safe to drive after the work that was done. A little more expensive than I wan
ted like everything else in our world today. Didn't like that the door was unlocked when I picked up the truck after hours.
I started going to Lake Arbor when my brother first worked there right out of diesel college. Now, I
've been going to Lake Arbor for many years now even after he has moved on to other adventures. I always feel taken care of! They do honest work and don't overcharge you. I love that I'll go in and they will let me know if things that are wearing out and they give me an estimate up front so that I can prepare for the maintenance or the repair so that it can be completed without me suddenly having to repair it. They have even suggested things like where to go to get new tires or how to fix something that I can do. They have never let me down!
