I brought my car in for a Check Engine light after a new battery was installed at my home by AAA (the
y had to special order it which took 5 days and it was under warranty so it was free). I drove 2 blocks and my engine was revving and hesitating, and the warning light came on. I drove home. I called Neil's to see if I could bring it in and Steve said they'd look at it. Linda (the nicest gal) gave me a ride home so I didn't have to pay for an Uber. Steve called to let me know that a certain part had broken off and they would need to order it for replacement. He gave me a quote and I told him to do it. I had mentioned that I would soon be doing a lot of freeway driving to look for a new place to live. He had them do a Safety Check and they found several items that needed service, and because I needed to feel comfortable driving my car back and forth I told him to do all of them. When my car was ready a day later I asked for a ride and Linda picked me up at home. As part of the Safety Check they found my wheels were out of alignment. I had bought 4 tires from Just Tires three months ago so they are new. Neil's also did the alignment as well as an oil change I was past due for. Neil's always treats me with respect and kindness. I appreciate their service and promptness. I had been without my car because of the battery issue (another long story) and then the repairs Neil's did. I also got a discount on the total because of my AAA membership. Thank you Neil's Express Automotive!
