I had had the steering control module on my 2012 CR-V replaced by A & A a year ago or so when the war
ning light had come on. It was better, but more recently the steering light came on more and more. Left and right voltages were 0 at times, so they put in a reman (I think) steering rack. It worked for a bit, but the warning started to come on for me ever several times at first in the morning.
Andy drove the CR-V around, didn't have a problem. I think Bill, the other mechanic, also didn't always see the problem. But they kept looking into it. Eventually, they found a connection near the gas pedal was somewhat loose, they were able to replicate the problem at will, so it was clearly the issue.
At the same time, I'd brought my 1993 Capri in to look at tires and maybe try to fix the horns, which didn't work. The tires just were in need of replacing, and the horn problem was an old relay - found a new one that they made to work - all good there. And I was switching cars from time to time - working with Andy and Bill and Todd was always manageable and cordial, which I really appreciate.
So the result of all this was both vehicles are working fine, the analytical work was done as needed, even taking time that I didn't have to pay for - this team doesn't give up on strange problems and finds a way to get you on the road in fine shape.

Had a brake job at Paul's, New rotors and pads on all four wheels. Dropped my 2014 Equinox off at 8 a
m, didn't get started till 10 am. It must have been like a Indy 500 pitstop, because they were done by 12:30! Very professional work, it stops on a dime! I woul recommend Paul's for all your automotive needs!

He has now serviced a 1997 Landcruiser (breaks/pads/rotors/bearings/solved the random clunking noise) and a 2004 Tundra (breaks/pads/rotors/lower ball joint/ alignment/ rear brake adjustment). These are older trucks, each with over 150,000 miles that needed some TLC and Rob was very practical about what needed to be done and because of his approach helped to keep it all abortable. Its a great small business and there is no reason to go anywhere else, Thanks Rob!
