o Tech was recommended. She called up and they were able to look at the car the same day. The tech was friendly and listened to her and they were able to reproduce the sound. Put it on a lift and the car will need new rotors and pads soon. Gave price estimate which was fair. Did not try to hard sell her that it needed to be done right now, but very soon. She had a very positive experience and will go back for future car issues. Thanks, her dad.

eaking with Marc at the front desk, i could see why. He took the time to answer my questions regarding the issue at hand without making me feel as though I was a bother. He also was nice enough to answer other questions I had about my vehicle.
I short while later, I received a phone call from the owner himself regarding the cost and time frame for my repair. After that I felt confident that I was in trusted hands. I had my vehicle back within a day

first time here Ray went to war for me against the insurance and won. brand new engine, zero dollars
out of my pocket. after a great first experience, went back for an oil change and they did it CORRECTLY the FIRST time. its crazy that someone doing something right the first time around is so rare these days but Mr Ray and his team have earned my business. amongst the plethora of incompetence you find in the Valley, I will always go out of my way to make sure the only people who touch my car are employed by this shop
