OR time to say 'goodbye' and purchase a new to us used car. We worked w both Taylor (front desk) and Jeff mechanic (son of former
owner Craig). We've taken our autos to Noble Parkway Auto Cntr for over 15ys, best guess.
Also have taken POTENTIAL cars to
buy and have Stacey conduct pre-purchase bumper to bumper inspection: she showed us where there was proof of accident/salvaged title situation, which meant our car insurance company wld not insure.

The service is good, and people are friendly. I went on a snowy day. Limited parking. I went to park
in the last space and as I got out of the car was told to move it as "I need to out the snow there'. Could have been more polite, or indicated me not to park there. Annoying. The oil change was fine though and I will go back again.

I brought my car in for the 100,000 mile maintenance work, Things like the filter, the cabin filter,
the brake fluid, and the radiator coolest. Plus it needed spark plugs. Sean reminded me to do this work at my last oil change. Sean could see the car was coming up to 100,000 miles. I really like this car and i want to keep it running well for a long time. Leighton’s mechanics did a great job on the routine maintenance the car needed. Plus the spark plugs. The car runs great! I really like the people at the front desk, Sean and Bryce. They explain things in a way I can understand. Because I listen to their advice I have a great car that has had zero breakdowns. Over the 10 years I have owned this car, the cost per year has been very low, because I always follow Sean and Bryce’s recommendations on the maintenance. They also told me I needed to get new tires, pronto. I did that today as well at a different company. Leighton’s does not pressure you to buy stuff from them, when you can get tires cheaper somewhere else. Maybe if I was driving a race car I would have gotten tires from Leighton’s But this is not a fancy race car. I really like their honest appraisal of what my car needs.
