So glad for Lodi Transmission words probably won't do my visit justice. These guys are so honest and
knowledgeable. So up front about everything from estimated time depending on parts delivery communication with extended warranty company. Seemed like everyone there wanted to help me. Jose did a bang up job getting all the bits and pieces together Ron and Chris welcomed me back and let me know exactly how everything was gonna go down. Asked if I needed a ride when I dropped my truck off. I could tell these guys were busy but took the time to make me feel important. I've had this truck for three years now and after they called me to pick up my truck they let me know exactly what they did and it was more than I expected. The truck has never ran as smoothly as it does now . Unbelievable service and customer service as well. They will be seeing me again hopefully it will be for scheduled service and not an unexpected whammy. Lodi Transmission is the best shop in Lodi I'm pretty sure that's why they are so Bizzy You Guys Rock Thanks Again Eric M.
