Hello, I’m writing this review to tell you how much I appreciate Maurice‘s honesty and upfront prici
ng they kept me up-to-date on all the repairs and called me with an estimate before they did any work and was able to get front rotors. Replaced front calipers and brake pads for a great price is approximately $720 which would’ve been double if I had taken it to a dealership, I was in a tough behind during a snowstorm and my brakes went all the way to the floor, I thought the worst, of course is most of us do go there at times that I needed a master cylinder for my brakes and possibly a brake booster, but after examining the brakes, the mechanics at Tech auto were able to diagnose the problem quickly, and I did not need a master cylinder for my brakes or a brake booster or even worse brake lines which I know can be very extensive and possibly the end of anyone’s vehicle due to rust in the weather in New England thankfully I was able to get my brakes fixed for well under $1000 and that’s complete front brake job including rotors brand new calipers brand new brake pads and obviously brand new rotors. They bled my brakes and now my brakes work great! So in ending, I highly recommend tech auto. They’re extremely transparent, honest, efficient and priced very fairly now I thought about actually doing the brakes myself, but i’ve heard of horror stories of people trying to fix their brakes and not being able to put their brakes back together after they took out the pads and the rotors, leaving them, stranded with the car on lifts, and unable to even be towed to a mechanic yes I look at watch YouTube. Yes, I’m mechanically inclined and I’ve been fixing my own bikes and some car repairs since 1990 when I got my drivers license so I’ve driven all kind of cars and went to all kinds of mechanics and I’m leaving this lengthy message because I was in a time of despair and struggling with my day-to-day life, and Maurice and the crew were able to do the work cleanly efficiently and at a great price point so once again he won my trust and I will highly recommend tech auto to all my family and friends.
