Called Keith at 8AM on Thursday, Sept 3rd. Told him that I had a wheel bearing issue on my RX350L. He
told me to get it in now and he would get to work on it quickly. I was there at 8:30 and was able to pick up the car at 3:30. Replaced a wheel bearing hub . All good. VERY SATISFIED !!!

The car was brought in because one of the tires seemed to have side wall damage. This was confirmed.
It was also deteremined that the car could be driven normally without immediate service. Although the tires could have been replaced, the next two days were very busy for me.
So, the necessary work was scheduled for a couple of days later. It was done quickly and without more cost or worry.
