The team at last stop diesel did another great job working on my truck. The DPF was replaced 18 month
s ago and it failed with only 22000 miles on it. Chris was able to get Ram to warranty the filter and it saved me from having to purchase it again. Like I always say, you may be able to find a cheaper shop but you get what you pay for.
Thank you and your team Chris for always doing rite by the customer.

Hi, I wanted to tell you that I was very fortunate yesterday when it came time to pick up my car. I
had enough money in the bank, but my bank only allows $1000 a day unless you call them ahead of time and up the maximum allowed.. times allowed me to pay what I could on my car and I went back today to pay the balance who else would’ve done that for me I can’t think of anyone!! Very much appreciate your customer service and helping me out on a tight spot. 💜💜💜

I brought my truck in, hoping that an aftermarket extended warranty program would be the answer. As i
t turned out the program declined my repairs, but Peter worked with me to find the problem and address it quickly with quality parts and had me out the door the next day. The extended warranty program drug their heels And found every excuse not to pay for my repair. Peter was professional, apologetic and addressed my issues immediately. I could not be a happier customer. Don’t hesitate to take your vehicle to Protech automotive if you need honest and immediate attention.
