However this is understandable because you start and finish the process feeling secure and confident that Matt and his team are going to do the job efficiently with integrity and transparency. I will say that laid-back garage looked at my Jeep and did a diagnostic test in a matter of 30 minute
s after dropping it off to them with no appointment. The issue was beyond their repair and recommended me to another shop who is going to be looking at it. first time I have ever been to lay back garage and will go back if I need to and will also recommend to others who need mechanical work.

eed expectations every time. I am a very picky customer. I bring all of my problems and troubles to their team and have never been told no. One time my car broke down almost a block from the shop. Three technicians ran to my aide and PUSHED my car to the shop. I am a BC resident, however, even when I lived in Henderson and even Las Vegas for a time, I still would only trust my car care to DB/Court's.
