I found Bimmer a weeks online and decided to send my car in based on the reviews I read. Well, to sum
it up, I was impressed. From my first call, to the time. Dropped the car off and picked it up. They’re professional, friendly and way beyond what the dealership will provide you. The dealership quoted double of what Bimmer Werks charged me. Plus, they’d told me they could no guarantee that the change they were recommending will fix my issue. Imagine hearing this from a BMW dealership. But This shop fixed the issue with a much better service level agreement. I will be a customer for life.

Came in today because my brakes was making noises met the mechanic name Wilson there that was very he
lpful. They looked at the car right away and even showed me what and why I was hearing noises. Was very happy that they was able to fix my car in a timely manner and got my car back the same DAY!!! Thank You guys at Norbeck Exxon!!!
