I drove to my doctors appointment this morning with the "Low Tire Pressure Indicator" flashing on my
new Honda CRV Hybrid. When I got there the rear tire looked soft but the CRV Hybrid has no spare so I went to my appt. and drove home. When I go there, the tire was only 10 PSI. Put 35 PSI back in it and stoped at Dave's Robertsons Auto Repair. They were all booked up but Dave said come back late today & we'll try to squeeze you in. At 4:30 they put my car on the lift and pulled a 1/2" drill bit out of my rear tire tread. They fixed the tire and I was back on the road before 5PM. --- $30! That why I love going to Dave's shop, they're not only great mechanics, but they always help you out when you need it. Bill P

Had an issue with an "Death Wobble" my 2006 Jeep Wrangler that made it almost unsafe to drive. Took
it to Bill and he replaced as leaking steering stabilizer. That seems to have fixed the problem. Great work, done quickly and at a very reasonable cost.

I brought my car in for an oil change and had my check engine light on. Jake and the team diagnosed
an issue with my exhaust and repaired the problem.
As always I tried to do some legwork as to potential issues and solution expense. Once again Route One Automotive did right by me and surprised me with a far lower invoice than I was anticipating.

Roger and Paul have always done a terrific job with my tire related issues and my recent visit for a
punctured tire was no different. They're always busy but still greet in a friendly manner, they get the information needed to do the work correctly, and in my experience completed work when they promise.
