Scott and his team took in my vehicle an hour and a half before closing on a Friday. Not only did the
y knock out an oil change, they fixed my bumper. That was hanging loose. All of the clips were destroyed on the bumper, and they somehow managed to make it seem like it never happened. All within an hour and a half turnover. There isn't a better shop in Indianapolis.

I had a good experience with VG Auto Care. I brought my 2010 GMC Terrain in because it was struggling
more when accelerating, especially with the A/C on, and my check engine light was on. They found that my exhaust manifold was cracked and explained that it could possibly be welded, but replacing it would be the better and less complicated repair. They even showed me the old part afterward, so I was able to see for myself how badly it was cracked. Since the repair, my check engine light is off. I appreciate that they found the actual problem instead of immediately telling me I needed an expensive catalytic converter replacement.

I was given the entire possibility of what needed to be done to my vehicle, what could be done, and a possible need that didn't need at this time plus the cost.
I took my car in for a tune up plus checking on other possible repairs. I was given a report on what
needed to be done plus cost, a report on what could be done and cost. I was also given advise on what I did not need to do because of the cost and there was no possible damage to the car.
I absolutely trust Professional Automotive, the mechanics and Brandon.
