When I got there my car was waiting, and the cost was for the amount they estimated. All the staff members I met were pleasant and very helpful. I will take my car back to them if I need further repairs.

I was greeted by Ed, who took notes on the long list of items I wanted looked into on a new-to-me old
er vehicle. I had already had it in another local shop but didn’t feel a warm fuzzy vibe as I did with AutoMax of Canby, OR.
I was phoned mid-day of their findings and Frank asked me if I wanted to proceed with the services. I was shocked they had all the items already and was delighted so approved to move forward.
A little later I remembered one other thing and they took care of that as well.
When I arrived to pick it up, Frank was thorough in his explanation of what they serviced, showing me examples which was helpful to me. Ed completed the service with superb customer service. I highly recommend AutoMax of Canby, OR.
