Generally pretty good
I contacted many Hyundai dealerships in my area and this one had the model I wanted coming to their lot. I worked with Chance Sanford who was pretty reasonable to deal with even though he was selling me a new car. He did listen to me and worked to accommodate my needs. That said, the Sales Manager kind of ignored what I worked out with Chance, used a bunch of jargon in his fast explanations, and tried to again sell me things I already refused without explicitly stating that he was selling me things I previously denied. I wondered if men get that same hard sell.

I'm happy with the car I purchased. Chance said he'd help me with the car servicing in the future. I'd be very happy if he helps support this purchase after the purchase. If he does, I'd highly recommend him as a sales person who takes care of the sale post-sale on multiple platforms and review sites.

Professional and Helpful
After shopping around for months I I finally stumbled onto the lot at Sports Durst Hyundai. I was amazed at the professionalism and transparent pricing and was able to leave with a new vehicle that same day. Was really nice to work with a car dealership that didn’t employ any pressure tactics and I got a fair price on that car. Chance was great throughout the whole process and I highly recommend them!

Chance who is a salesmen is beyond amazing, he is thorough, polite, kind, honest l, trustworthy and gets right to the point and gets you what you want. from the start to the finish he was there with me and then even after the sale the next week he was checking in to make sure everything was going good and that I was still happy ! he did a whole other separate go around on the details of my car and made sure I fully understood all of the functions. Chance made me feel not only very important but also like a friend, a friend that is a friend of his that he would treat with upmost respect. with chance you get yes sir and yes ma'am and 100% professionalism to its finest. personally to me there is no other salesmen I'd want to buy a car from. He made me and still talk to this day and still makes me feel like family. this man needs to become a manager because he is the exact person I would want to deal with in any situation.

I sincerely enjoyed making my most recent purchase at Sport Durst Hyundai. The sales team was knowledgeable and patient, not to mention extraordinarily respectful and fair during negotiations. Moreover, the gentleman who handled financial details offered additional warranty options in a polite and, more importantly, no pressure manner. I left the dealership with my new vehicle in slightly under two hours.

2020 Sonata is even better than the 2012 Sonata
We had a great experience with our 2012 Sonata and Sport Durst service. So we decided to check out the 2020 Sonata. Both are limited series. Price was great and the car was awesome so we were ready to buy it immediately. All aspects are top notch; sales, service and the car!
