My name is Josh and I am the new service manager here at St Charles Hyundai.  I would like to talk with you about your last service visit.  I took a look and it looked like you were overcharged on your last visit.  I would like to talk with you and find a way to make it right.  You do mention in your review that you spoke with the service manager regarding this but I don't believe it was me.  If you could give me a call at your earliest convenience so we can make this right.
