Have had pretty good experience with P P Hyundai service techs do excellent work and free car wash when done
Dealership is under construction so thing are a little hectic
Under normal conditions I would rate 5 stars

Simple oil change
Appointment time was overbooked to long of a wait

  I am sorry that our service did not meet your expectation.  Sometimes we have a lot of walk in oil changes causing the waiting time gets extended.  But after the construction is over, we should be able to serve our customers more comfortably,,,,,  Thank you for taking your own time to fill out the survey. Clean the surface.
Because of not clean surface that same night I have flat front tire. I was so frustrated I have no spare tire on my car.

Horrendous Service - total nightmare!
Due to George’s total lack of professionalism, a complaint was submitted to Service Manager Sean; who insisted he “knows what goes on out there” in the service dept. Sean offered to oversee the remainder of our service as the stand in advisor but unfortunately George continue to manage our case. Each interaction with George especially following the complaint was demeaning and hostile. Really wish this could’ve been handled better as my engine seized due to a recall, was completely unexpected / and incredibly inconvenient to be without a car for a month. The lack of support and communication on behalf of Puente Hills Hyundai made a bad situation worse!

Should’ve contacted the general manager.

Re- scoring after getting contacted by George Secoff
I am giving George and Hyundai a re-score because I was contacted the day I posted my previous experience with the services on Feb 11, 2022. I appreciate that he took time to contact me and ensured me that this will not happen again. I was honored a detail for this unfortunate chain of events, but over all my main reason for posting my previous comment was to raise awareness and accountability. With that said, I look forward to giving Puente Hills Hyundai another opportunity in the future.

Poor service
The advisor I was given, George Secoff, made assumptions as to what I qualified for. First, without looking at intake info( mileage,etc). Secondly, he didn’t even bother looking up my vehicle info regarding my warranty coverage. Returned car incomplete. Basic service of topping fluids, even after I specified I needed windshield fluids topped. I had to go in the next day to get finalized.
