My husband and I always receive the best customer service at Puente Hills Hyundai from the service department to the sales staff. Javier, our service advisor knows us when we come in which adds a personal touch. He makes sure that we're aware of the service is needed and when. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

reassessing problems
puente hills called me back to bring in my car to check for excessive oil burning in a short time. the test involves getting an oil change then testing every 1000 miles to gauge how much oil i've burned. i appreciate the concern and evaluation of the cars problem by jay. i will return and conduct further testing.

Great service!
I bought my Genesis a year ago and have returned because of the service. Jae Lee is a very knowledgeable and friendly service agent. He follows up without reminders. Jae is the reason I returned for service and will keep coming back. As an added bonus the service department works fast and delivered my car on time and done right.

Happy with service and associates
I’m happy with the service and associates. I always receive but wish they would stop assuming this is my first visit to your dealership. I’m here 3 to 4 times a year since ‘16. But the first thing out there mouth each visit “is this your first time here”. There is only one thing that I am dissatisfied with and that’s the internet service while sitting the few hours in the waiting room.
