Karen Herrera is the best!
Karen was so nice and answered every question we had, she showed me how to work all the features of my new SantaFe, the whole experience was wonderful and well worth the 3 hour drive.

Much Better
My sales person (Karen) did not know I tried to contact her. She has since sent me her personal phone number and said I could call any time. She handled my problem right away. Please ask for Karen if you go to thisdealership.

bad
Sales refuses to talk on phone after sales. Called 6 times and could not get sales person (Karen). Need to give them paper work and they will not even give me a fax number. Added charge I did not want. Should have gone over every word in contract so that is my fault. I love Hyundai vehicles but dealership in Silsbee will never see me again.
