Not good service. I was assigned a young salesman who was obviously still green. Not very friendly and spoke in a scripted manner for the first ten minutes.
Pricing was dubious. They were consistently trying to get me to agree to a down payment/monthly payment that I thought would be agreeable without offering details like apr or loan term length. More than once I was shown a monthly price written in pink highlighter on scrap paper and was handed a pen to sign and agree to.
Finance director kept trying to push me into an expensive extended warranty after I said multiple times I only wanted the factory warranty. I ended up agreeing to the warranty to get my paperwork done after a long day, and came back the next day to have someone else from finance remove the warranty I had no intention of getting before I gave them my cashier’s check.
