ressed with Billy’s responsiveness and honestly. He researched with Bimmer Tech the “how to” of my install and called me back with what they said and how much it would cost. Throughout the entire process- from initial contact to picking up the car, he was very communicative and responsive. So much so that it was hard to believe I was dealing with an automobile service shop. Additionally the entire interaction with Monument was all done virtually.

e valve cover gaskets out last year and they saw there was a leak. They changed it out for free even though it was a little past the warranty date.. Last year they worked on my AC when one shop could not fix my a/c . Another shop refused to install the condensing unit that I bought online, but Astro Automotive installed the part And made sure there was no other issues issues with the AC.. It still works great…
