I usually don't write reviews. I was originally looking for a Mercedes but purchased an Audi from St
eve. The day I showed up, Steve was not in yet but Tanner was out in the lot and offered to help me right away. Tanner showed me the car and then Steve came in. Steve was very patient and informative.
Before test driving vehicles, he showed me the features and how they worked. When I decided to buy the Audi, Steve was very helpful with my trade in and also got me the numbers/monthly payment I was looking for.
The Audi has had some problems and both Steve and Tanner have went out of their way and above and beyond to come up with the solution to repair the vehicle.
I am very satisfied with the level of service I have received from both the sales and service department. While in the customer area, even the mechanics asked me if someone had helped me yet.

After hearing a strange noise coming from the front end of my vehicle, I went to Endurance, and one o
f the technicians tool the time to ride with me to hear the same noises, and confirmed my legitimate concerns. My car was taken on and found to have serious safety issues, and the techs found that I had a spring that had broken and damaged a front tire, plus it had struts, disc brake and rear brake issues. I was given a loaner to drive something safer. Thanks to the excellent efforts of the Endurance Team, what I thought would be a two or three day repair took only one day after parts arrived. My car is a Saturn, and parts are more difficult to obtain. My car feels so much better to drive, thanks to the highly skilled and efficient team at Endurance!

and my girls my vehicles had some big things done to it from them about 3 weeks ago well last friday I was on the eway and my van was acting up called mike he said bring it in right away and got there he reassured me he find the problem but in meantime gave me his loaner and told me take baby home too cold out a week later he fixed the van and he didnt charge us for the whole parts that were well over 800 bukaroos just for the programming my parents paid for I cannot even say how much I'm thankful for these guys highly recommend mike and his staff at minnoco again miigwitch very very much guys
