My husband, daughter and I were on a family vacation to Gulf Shores, Alabama when we had a tire to blow. It used damage to our 5th wheel, at 4:00 a.m. in the morning. We managed to get someone to change the tire to our spare and we then had to find a tire shop to buy another tire. We were advised to go to your business and we were so happy we did. The customer service was excellent even though we had to deal with our insurance company. James Smith took up so much time with us and made sure that we are taken care of. After waiting for over an hour for our insurance company to send the necessary paperwork, which they did not send, James told us to go ahead and get to our destination. He went way beyond to make sure we got to our destination quickly and safely. I wish I could give your company a 10, because you definitely deserve it. Thank you again James and your staff.
