Owner is very rude, car was damaged while in this shop
If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Lets start off by they had my car for over 1 week and they still didn’t fix the issue! The only thing that was wrong with my car is that the PASSENGER window wouldn’t correct itself when the passenger door closed and would hit my convertible top. When I got there to pick the car up I couldn’t even get in the car! The owner came out and dang near broke the handle and finally opened it. Alarm sounding, everything! It was a disaster! I haven’t been able to lock/secure my car since then. When I called and spoke to the owner AFTER HE CUT ME OFF MID-SENTENCE he told me that “It’s probably the door handle”. Then he states that he will look at the car again for $250.00. That he’s not doing anything for free! He stated that he didn’t do anything to mess the car up. I told him when I brought the car to him it locked and unlocked with no issue. He agreed, he stated that he is the one that unlocked the car to move it into the garage for repairs & that there were no issues moving/opening it to go into the garage. But it’s not his fault. He stated that “Something could have broke on the door while it was there in his shop.” Rewind! When I picked the car up I ended up with two choices either pick the UNFIXED car up and pay $70 for a so called reprogramming service that was performed or, pay an additional $ 250.00 more dollars for ADDITIONAL DIAGNOSTIC ONLY! I still can’t lock my car! The door is still not working. All I asked for is a refund! Not for them to fix my door that was broken while in THEIR CARE! He refused and I’m out $70 & and I have a broken door! Don’t use them!
