Completely blown away by not just the quality of work on my car, but also by the staff and how A&M is run. I had a massive amount of work that needed to be done on my car in order to get the check engine light to go out so I could pass smog and get updated registration tags. Literally been getting work done on it since January 2025 (it is now the end of March 2026). I had been going to another mechanic for a number of fixes, including replacing the catalytic converter, and while those fixes were necessary and did fix certain issues my car was having, the check engine light would just not go out and there was still clearly a problem… To the credit of the original mechanic I was going to, he recommended I go to A&M because he had gone as far as his expertise could go. When I called A&M, right off the bat, they were amazing! I spoke mostly with Eric but also with Brittany, and they were both so friendly, professional, extremely thorough, and patient with all my questions - and the somewhat unique situation I was in with my car and registration limbo. Manuel did the work on the car, and WOW!! They are so incredibly thorough!! I got a link texted to me that took me to a page with photos of my car, explanations of what I was seeing and what work needed to be done, everything was just laid out so clearly and completely. I am unfortunately one who doesn’t remotely understand cars, but I was able to follow and understand exactly what they were telling me and showing me. They had my full and complete trust! Turns out my car needed to have the EVAP purge solenoid canister removed and replaced. The work was done same day, and I was able to drive away, check engine light finally off for the first time in almost 2 years, and my car felt completely different! Just got back from the smog check, and it PASSED. I cannot begin to express how happy I am with the work and how professional, honest, nice, and trustworthy everyone at A&M is. Brittany worked with me to work out financing the payment, and it was all such a smooth process. (While the work done on my car by the previous mechanic was just fine) I will be going straight to A&M for work and maintenance from now on!
