Poor

Worst car i have ever owned. In repair shop all the time. Body is rusted out. Has had engine replaced at 80000 miles. Hard for older people to get in and out of. GM should be forced to recall every one of these. Had i googled the car before purchase, i would not have bought it. Dealer also would not stand behind the car either. Buyer beware. Unless you like repair shops. Dont buy one of these.

The Chevy Cruze is a cheap car and with that there are many flaws due to lower quality parts used to meet the price point. An alright car for appearance and function, just be prepared for above normal number of repairs.

Very nice vehicle. Comfortable to drive on the road. Save gas and looking good. It is my first time having Chevrolet Cruze. I really appreciate and I really like this car so much. I would love to get a new one one day.

Great runner!

We bought this 2014 Chevy Cruze in 2017 for $13,600. It’s now 2023. The car has 76,000 miles on it, and we LOVE IT! We kept up with regular maintenance, oil changes, tire rotations etc. Our first major repair was needed now on the entire cooling system…water pump, pulley, thermostat, housing, hoses and more. Repaired for less than $1000. Not bad for all these years! It runs like a top. We’ll keep it til the wheels fall off!!!

Junk

Let’s see…Blown head gasket, cracked head, various coolant hoses replaced, coolant temp sensors replaced, thermostat replaced, broken lug nut studs replaced, turbo insufficient boost code currently shown. Other than that it’s been fine. Nothing but Toyota for my family from now on.

2014 Chevy Cruze Lt 1.4l

My son bought his 2014 Chevy Cruze LT new and has enjoyed it for many years. It's a very nice riding car and he likes it. Unfortunately, the last several years have seen some issues arise with the engine. First the turbocharger went bad. Luckily the repair was covered by the powertrain warranty. He's had several coolant issues such as leaks etc that we have had to repair and several error codes regarding emissions and performance. I think the car itself is well built but GM did not do a good job engineering the engine and really should take care of their customers as far as these continuous error codes that we have to keep trying to resolve.

Not directly the cars fault more the dealership I purchased from. When it's up and running its a great little car. Good mileage sporty. Just has mechanical issues. Is kinda difficult to work on. But it's enjoyable to drive.

Constant Maintenance

I have had to bring this car in at least once a year due to problems out of my control. Phenomenal placement of the oil filter so that's something one can do themselves, but boy, gods help you for any of the various engine problems that come with this car.

Relaxable and comfortable traveling vehicle. Good trunk space and easy access to put down the back seats for needed room in the trunk. I have had my share of needing a lot of recalls taken care of and near recalls issues taken care of. Do your research before purchasing your own vehicle.

Happy to have my baby back!

I got off work one morning to find my engine light on and I was scared I have been broken down years with another car and that wasn't pleasant for night driving so I called Sevy's and they found out I had a leak in the water pump and antifreeze leaking as well am they were busy with other customers vehicles and since I am on vacation and don't anywhere I told them no rush but they took care of my baby and kept me updated. I am just so excited to have everything fixed.

Love THIS car!

I got this a couple years ago because of the looks and because its a Chevy- that came at a hood price. The interior is great and it came fully loaded with all the extras. I have no v Complaints about this car.

Bought brand new!! Loved ? it !! No problems !! Excellent commuter vehicle ?!! Would recommend it!! Wish GM still made them !! Gave it to my daughter and son in law!! Still going strong at 155k !! Baseball, hot dogs ?, apple pie and Chevrolet!!

Love my Cruze

My car is comfortable to ride in & good on gas. I love the hands free phone option & the extra features. The car is nice to look at too. I bought it used & have not regretted buying it. Living in Ohio it drove awesome in the snow this winter.

Chevy Cruise

I can not believe they are still making cars without cruise control. When buying this car, it never crossed my mind to make sure it has cruise control. I found out it doesn't when I was on a very long trip a few weeks after buying it. I was very disappointed!

Love it!

This car was the perfect si!e when I got it. Now my family has grown and it's a bit small. Otherwise love the heated leather seats, xm Radio, bluetooth, onstar, etc... I loved it in 2015 as a pre-owned certified and now 6 years later we still rolling with less than 130,000 miles.
