I called Mr.Arash Hoshmandy is a lier
I bought a car first year the registration good then 2nd year I went to register myself they won't let me because car had no title I call capital one because I still financial from the and I still make good payments . Capital one said they going to look for AR dealership but 2 months I still had a car park there can't drive it, what can I do please some one know give advice please
