"Used Car Pre-Purchase Inspection"
I recently took a used car to Advanced Automotive for them to take a look at prior to my purchase. They were very helpful. They were able to squeeze me into their busy Saturday schedule when the dealer wouldn't let me drop it off over night like we previously discussed. They went into a very detailed discussion with me on some of the things that could use fixing. It helped me a ton in the car buying process. They did this all at a great price too. I will be using them in the future.

We apologize that you left our business less than satisfied. As we explained over the phone and in person, there were no lights on when we checked the vehicle out. You also informed us that those lights did not come on until about four hours after you picked the vehicle up. We also advised you that we would pull codes and inspect the vehicle in an attempt to discover the culprit at no cost to you. You chose to take your vehicle without allowing us to check the lights. We also informed the owner of your dissatisfaction and had him personally contact you at your request. At this time, we have yet to hear back from you. We have done our best to accomodate your needs. There is nothing more we can do unless we recieve a return call. Thank you for your review and we hope that next time you will allow us the opportunity to address your complaint.

"Honest place"
It is refreshing to find a Automotive service Center that has good customer service advanced knowledge of vehicles and that is honest about things and not try to rip you off this is definitely the place to go recommend to everybody
