Nick is the WORST person I have ever dealt with. I am posting my review everywhere because I do not want to see another person be insulted or waste their time and money. Instead of even considering a warranty, he said that it was the alignment on my "piece of junk car".. A "professional" who I paid a lot of money to put on new tires said that to me.. piece of junk car? More like piece of junk person, piece of junk shop.
Anyway, he said "you should always have an alignment done when you get new tires" so why didn't he do it when he put on my new tires? He said he told me that and apparently I said not to do it? Somehow he vividly remembers a conversation he had a year ago with me even though I would not tell a mechanic not to do something that will prolong the life of my tires.
I won't even get started on the defective alternator that he sold to me and lied about it running correctly. I am disgusted that a man like that owns a shop where people trust him with their vehicles. And that AAA certified him. He is beyond condescending and rude and entitled and horrible. I would not go back here if they did all of the work for free. I cannot stand that man. AAA needs to remove them from their certified mechanics list. I filed a complaint with them already and I urge you to do the same if he treated you in a crappy way like he did to me and my husband.
