"They work with you to get vehicle in and have it ready when they say."
I have had my vehicle there twice (different issues) and have been satisfied both times.

"dependable."
AMJ is very dependable. They will try to fit you in the same day if possible. I recommend the branch in Grasonville rather than the branch on Kent Island. They seem less likely to try to "shop" for problems with your vehicle.

Lou said they did a pretty good job. However, he asked them to take a look at the dipstick for the transmission because it was loose. They did not do it and it is still loose. He is looking for resolution. He really wants it fixed.

Tommy said he is a long time customer of this business. The staff are good people and they do what they say they will do. They are number one in his book. If they find something wrong they will let him know. The service and help are good. They go out of their way to help. The owner's wife is top notch.

"very disappointed "
I brought my vehicles there for 4 years never a problem then I bring my BMW in for over heating you said water pump thermostat price 730.00 so is if ok I picked up vehicle it still overheated I came back then you said clutch fan that was around 250.00 so I paid the car still overheated I be out it back then you said head gasket and you can't do the job need special tools so I'm out over 1000.00 thank god I paid by card I went to island imports and got a review wrote and all was inspected I sent every thing to the better business bureau to be investigated I really liked the work in the passed I don't no y I was looking advantage of I done nothing to deserve that no the bureau Saud it could take up to a year to be completed now the car sets at island imports waiting to be repaired after all that money in it I have to get more money to fix it after the estimate is done by the better business bureau now would you take your vehicle back there
