Everybody Makes Mistakes, How It's Corrected is the Test
I dropped my truck of for a new exhaust at Arcola Engine. Arcola had it done the same day. When I picked it up at 4:45pm I noticed an exhaust leak when I started the vehicle. Not Good. I went into the office and brought the owner out to show him. He was embarrassed and apologetic. He immediately offered a vehicle for me to drive home so they could fix it first thing in the morning. Problem solved before I even had an opportunity to get upset. As it turned out it was nothing but an untightened bolt.
