Mary said she has taken her vehicle in three different times and it is still not fixed. It keeps costing her money. At first the business thought the issue was a valve cover gasket, then they thought it was something else, and then they thought it was a head gasket. She said she does not know what the problem is. She said she would not recommend this business because she feels like she has been taken advantage of.

Spoke with Joe. He said he has been having problems with his vehicle. He purchased a vehicle for $1400 and the engine blew in a week. He would not recommend them for the reasons already mentioned.

Karlene said she had made an appointment at this business but when she got to them, they did not have the appointment scheduled in. They were able to still fix her vehicle. Another issue she experienced was that her service was a couple of hours double than the amount of time she was promised. Despite that, she really liked Bobby and the way he takes care of things. He was very nice to deal with.
