Susan said she took her vehicle in to the business, the staff called her at the end of the day to tell her it was done, and they never called her to tell her what was wrong before they worked on it. She said a little later, her vehicle wouldn't start, and they had put in a new starter, which cost her $400. She called them, they were closed, so she had to wait until the weekend was over to talk with them. She said they told her they would tow her vehicle and look at it, and they ended up putting a hand shaft and crank shaft sensor in at no charge. Later on, her vehicle didn't start again, so she didn't need the starter in the first place, and was out $400. She had to have it towed to another place, and now she doesn't want to have anything to do with the business anymore. Susan said she is really sad that someone would take advantage of her situation.
